How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account, history, PRs, and synced data.
Does Strikt upload my camera footage?
Only if you turn Replays on. Replays are off until you say yes in the app, and they are for athletes aged 18 and over. With Replays on, Strikt saves a silent video of each camera-tracked set and uploads it to Strikt's cloud storage: for 7 days you can watch your own workouts back (only you can), and a ranked or friend race can be watched back by you and your opponent. Replays are never public. After those 7 days Strikt keeps the videos to improve rep counting, until you delete your account or ask us to delete them. You can turn Replays off at any time in Settings › Data & privacy: recording stops at once and your side of past races is no longer shown to opponents. Separately, camera frames, video, and audio are never uploaded for movement diagnostics. Coach Lens may temporarily record a silent replay clip on your device, and that clip is never uploaded. In a live race your camera is streamed to your opponent, and that live call is never recorded. “Share movement diagnostics” is on by default: Strikt temporarily shares pose landmarks and tracker decisions linked to your account so support can explain missed or incorrect reps. It never includes camera frames, video or audio. These diagnostic traces are deleted within 7 days, and you can switch the setting off at any time in Settings › Data & privacy — which also deletes what was already collected.
Something isn't tracking correctly during a session.
If movement diagnostics were enabled, email us the exercise and roughly when it happened — no workout video is needed. We can inspect what the tracker saw and why it counted, rejected, or could not score each attempt.
I have a billing or subscription question.
Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID (iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). For anything else, email support.
